- Three Coordinators oversee Table Tennis activities during the three play days, either for a full day or opening mornings (8:30-11:30am) and closing afternoons (11:30am-Close). Manage proper set-up and take down of tables and equipment.
- Welcome all members, and make sure to welcome all new participants and, if possible, spend time making them have a successful experience.
- Oversee sign-in process & ensure all players check in and are participating while in one of these categories: 1) Current members w/ All Access Package; 2) Guest Pass participant; 3) Day Pass participant.
- If absent, secure a replacement to fulfill duties.
- If issues arise or supplies are needed, communicate with Table Tennis Leader.
- Managing and volunteer duties should take always precedence over playing time when scheduled to fulfill Coordinator duties.
