HarvestFest 2026 will feature a variety of family‑friendly activities, including Touch‑a‑Truck, safe trick‑or‑treating, a costume contest, themed games, seasonal crafts, a photo booth, vendors, and food options. The event is designed to create a fun, vibrant, and welcoming Halloween celebration for youth and families in our community.
Available Volunteer Shifts
We have two volunteer shifts available for HarvestFest 2026, offering opportunities for event setup and active support during the festivities.
Setup Shift:
1:00 PM – 4:30 PM (6 volunteers needed)
Volunteers assist with preparing the event space, including setting up tables, canopies, signage, craft and activity stations, and ensuring the site is ready for attendees.

Activity Shift:
3:45 PM – 7:45 PM (18 volunteers needed)
Volunteers support activities during the event, interact with guests, help manage games and crafts, monitor event areas, and assist with light teardown as the event wraps up.

Volunteer Roles Include
- Guest Services: Welcome attendees, answer questions, and help guide visitors.
- Craft Support: Assist youth and families with themed craft activities.
- Recreation Support: Help facilitate games and interactive experiences.
- Area Steward: Monitor designated activity zones to ensure safety and care.
- Operations Assistant: Provide general support to staff and volunteers as needs arise.
We’ll do our best to match volunteers with their preferred roles, though final assignments may vary depending on event needs.
