Are you looking for a fun, impactful way to give back to your community? Join our friendly front-of-house volunteer team at Clothes For Kids as a Cashier.

Clothes For Kids provides free school wardrobes to Snohomish County students who qualify. Kids and their families can "shop" our retail-like environment for high-quality, well-fitting clothes. As a cashier, you will keep our front-of-house running smoothly by checking-out families on the computer after they have selected their wardrobes. 

Location: 16725 52nd Avenue West, Suite B Lynnwood, WA 98037

Time Commitment: One shift per week. All shifts currently have availability, but our Wednesday and Thursday shifts are most in need of Cashiers. 

Monday/ Wednesday or Friday mornings: 8:30am to 12:30pm
Thursday or Thursday evenings: 4pm to 7:30pm
every other Saturday morning: 8:30am to 12:30pm

What You'll Do:

Warmly welcome customers and answer basic questions.

Check out families using our point-of-sale system.

Maintain a clean, inviting front counter area.

Qualifications:

Friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with the public.

Basic computer skills (we will train you on our POS system!).

Clothes For Kids provides free school wardrobes to Snohomish County kids in need. Every used item that we collect is laundered prior to being put on our shop floor. We are in need of additional laundry support!

Details: Pick up bags of laundry from Clothes For Kids in Lynnwood. Take the clothes home, wash them, and bring them back to our shop when you're done.

We are currently seeking volunteers to staff our retail store environment where kids and teens can pick out their own clothes with their families. Volunteers help in a wide array of areas including: sorting clothing donations, inventory, tagging, stocking the shop, assisting customers with shopping, and running our on-site thrift store.

Volunteer for our Saturday morning shift. We are open two Saturdays per month from 8:30am to 12pm.
