Volunteer hours: 8:00am-12:00pm
2-hour shift min.
Can provide volunteer hours if needed for school.
ALL ages encouraged to sign up!!! Please respond and let me know what volunteer duty/volunteer hours you would like to help with- we will try and accommodate that!
YANA VOLUNTEER DUTIES
Set Up: Arrive at 7:30 a.m. to help set up approximately 40 tables for vendors with 2 chairs per table.7:30am-8:30am
Volunteer Check-In: Check-in volunteers and give them directions. 7:30am-12:00pm or 7:30am-10:00am/10:00am-12:00pm
Parking Lot Help: Help direct guests to available parking 8:30am-1pm or 8:30am-10:30am/10:30am-1:00pm
Resource Table Sign In: Sign-in resource table agencies and give them stamps for the passports. Explain to vendors how passports work. 8:15am-9:15am
Resource Table Help: Arrive at 7:30 a.m. to help unload vehicles and bring items into the building. 7:30am-9:00am
GenGreaters: Welcoming team at front (east and west) and downstairs entrances. Will direct people to the check-in table and volunteers to the volunteer room 8:30am-12:30pm or 8:30am-10:30am/10:30am-12:30pm
Check in Table: Distributing complimentary bag and schedule and passports for community service 8:30am-12:30pm or 8:30am-10:30am/10:30am-12:30pm
Speaker Table: Sign-in speakers and direct them to their rooms 8:30am-12:30pm or 8:30am-10:30am/10:30am-12:30pm
Media Table: Advise media and take down contact information 8:30am-1pm or 8:30am-10:30am/10:30am-1:00pm
Floaters: Functioning as ushers, assistants to presenters for errands. Informational guides in vendors’ room. Fireside room with friendship bracelets. 8:30am-1pm or 8:30am-10:30am or 10:30am-1pm
Crisis Personnel: Trauma trained, suicide prevention trained, grief support. 8:45am-12:50pm
Food Service: Help with lunch table 10:45am-1pm
Art Therapy: Assist instructor - Cynthia from Heart Art Healing 9:00am-1:00pm or 9:00am-11:00am/11:00am-1:00pm
