VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!!!! Everett Community Food Bank- Help provide food to local families in need

If this is your first-time volunteering, before you volunteer, please attend orientation at the Everett Food bank on Tuesday's or Friday's at 11:30am. You do not need to sign up for orientation. The food bank will be CLOSED January 2nd

This volunteer opportunity consists of sorting, stocking food, portioning bulk food, and helping distribute food to clients.

Food Bank Shifts: 

8:00am-2:30pm

8:00am-11:15am

11:00am-2:30pm

When you arrive at the Food Bank, please park on the side street and come through the side door in the parking lot. 

If Everett school district is CLOSED or 2-hour late start the food bank is CLOSED. Please check here for closures: Everett Public Schools / Homepage (everettsd.org)

Note:

In a professional/casual work setting, volunteers should wear clothing that is comfortable and practical for work but not distracting or offensive to others. Any clothing that has words, terms, or pictures that may be offensive to other volunteers, clients, or employees is unacceptable.

In the food bank, volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and dress in layers to accommodate varying temperatures. Volunteers are required to wear close-toed shoes in the food bank.
