Volunteers will help at the beginning of and during the MLK March on Monday, January 15. Volunteers arrive @9:30 and help with set up of area where March will begin that includes placement of directional signs and other needs for tent and stage set up. Volunteers will also be needed to direct traffic flow and directions to those who will participate in the March. Other needs may arise but all will have to do with set up and/or placement within the March to help March flow.
The March is approximately 1 mile long. March will leave from Everett Memorial Stadium from the Longfellow parking lot and walk to Carl Gipson Center. There is an indoor rally at Carl Gipson Center but volunteers will not have responsibilities at the rally.
