Fri Jun 07, 2024 - Morning / 08:30 AM to 11:45 AM Auction Set Up - unload boxes from truck, un-pack items, sort items by section, add display and bid sheets to corresponding areas, table centerpieces.

Jun 07, 2024 - Evening / 05:00 PM to 08:30 PM Live Auction: Spotters & Runners during Live Auction portion of event.
Jun 07, 2024 - Evening / 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM Dessert Dash assistants.
Fri Jun 07, 2024 - Evening / 06:00 PM to 09:30 PM Silent Auction: assist with closing out silent auction, get bid sheets to cashier, package up items in bid bags, etc.
Fri Jun 07, 2024 - Evening / 06:30 PM to 09:30 PM Clean Up
